If the booking is cancelled:

More than 48 hours before check-in date: FREE CANCELLATION

0-48 hours before check-in date: Entire booking cost will be charged as cancellation fee.

In case of no show: Entire booking cost will be charged as cancellation fee.

Room Rates may change without notice and may vary for special events except for confirmed reservation.

If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the arrival date the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by the hotels and you will be charged the cost of the whole reservation.
